You will lead workstreams on corporate strategy, growth and transformation engagements, working directly with client CXOs and engagement partners. You will shape problem-solving approaches, manage 2–4 analysts and own client relationships at director level.
What you will do
- Lead diagnostic and strategy workstreams end-to-end
- Own client communication at director and VP level
- Coach analysts and consultants on problem-solving and delivery
- Contribute to firm-building — proposals, research, points of view
What we are looking for
- 4–7 years in top-tier strategy consulting or corporate strategy
- MBA from a Tier-1 program or equivalent experience
- Outstanding structured problem-solving and communication
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, client-facing environments
