The challenge

Post-pandemic volatility exposed a planning function reliant on spreadsheets and reactive expediting. Inventory was bloated yet stock-outs persisted on top SKUs.

Our approach

We mapped the end-to-end planning value stream, introduced segmented inventory policies, and deployed a control-tower with predictive demand signals. Daily S&OE cadence replaced monthly S&OP rituals.

The outcome

Working capital release of ₹180 Cr, 15% reduction in expedited freight, and SKU-level fill rate improved from 89% to 96.5%.
