Our approach
We co-designed a target architecture with the CIO office, sequenced an 18-month migration to a modern cloud-native core, and stood up a federated delivery model across three vendor partners. A dedicated transformation PMO managed dependencies and risk.
The outcome
The bank now releases new products in 3-4 weeks, reduced run-the-bank IT spend by 22% and improved system availability to 99.98%. Customer NPS in digital channels improved by 14 points.
